Alléiz offers a curated selection of products from various independent brands and designers. To maintain exclusivity and sustainability, these brands and designers may use different production methods, including made-to-order, made-to-fit, on-demand, and ready-to-wear. Each type of product has different processing times:

1.1 Ready-to-Wear Items
These items are in stock and typically ship within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

1.2 Made-to-Order and Made-to-Fit Items
These items are custom-made for each order to ensure exclusivity and personalization. The crafting process can take more than 2 days, depending on the design and complexity. The estimated crafting time will be provided at the time of order. Please note that shipping time is calculated only after the product has been completed and handed over to the courier.

1.3 On-Demand Items
These items are produced based on demand. Production and preparation times may vary, with estimated times provided during checkout.

During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional sales, processing times may be extended due to high order volumes. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.


2. Shipping Options

Alléiz offers several shipping options to accommodate different needs, with availability depending on the destination and the type of product. These options will be presented at checkout:

2.1 Express Shipping Plus
Available for selected destinations and products, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Standard shipping is not available for all products or regions; availability will be shown at checkout.

2.2 Express Shipping Deluxe
This option offers faster delivery for most products and destinations, usually within 1-5 business days. It is recommended for customers seeking expedited delivery. Additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.


3. The Shipping Journey: How It Works

Alléiz uses reliable couriers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of your orders. The shipping journey typically involves the following steps:

3.1 Collection and Sorting
After processing, orders are collected from our fulfillment center by the courier. The packages are then transported to a sorting facility, where they are scanned and sorted based on their destinations. This step ensures accurate routing of your package.

3.2 Transit
Your package is transported by air to its destination country. Customers can track their packages in real time using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email.

3.3 Customs Clearance
Customer is responsible for any custom and duty incurred when the shipment arrives. For international shipments, packages must go through customs clearance upon arrival in the destination country. Providing accurate information at the time of order helps avoid delays. Customers are responsible for paying any duties and taxes assessed during this stage.

3.4 Local Delivery
After clearing customs, the package is handed over to local couriers for final delivery. Delivery options include scheduled deliveries and signature on delivery, ensuring your package is received securely.

Alléiz will communicate any additional charges associated with split shipments if applicable.
